Brands are responsible for clearly defining campaign requirements, deliverables, timelines, and compensation. Creators are responsible for meeting agreed-upon terms and delivering quality content.
We are not responsible for disputes between brands and creators. However, we may provide mediation assistance at our discretion. Parties are encouraged to resolve disputes amicably and professionally.
All content, features, functionality, design, logos, and trademarks on the Platform are owned by Glow Besties and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform. However, by submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
Creators acknowledge that their public profile information, including TikTok statistics and collaboration history, will be visible to verified brands on the Platform.
Regarding TikTok videos displayed on our platform:
Currently, Glow Besties is free to use for both brands and creators. We reserve the right to introduce fees in the future with advance notice to users.
All financial transactions between brands and creators are conducted independently. Glow Besties does not process payments or take commission on collaborations at this time.
Users are responsible for all applicable taxes related to their use of the Platform and any income earned through collaborations.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
